Complete the inquiry form below and a member of our team will contact you directly to discuss your destination, preferred travel dates, group size, and aircraft options. Through our trusted FAA Part 135 charter partners and licensed operators, we help create seamless travel experiences designed around your schedule, comfort, and destination goals.
Please review and confirm that all travel details are accurate before submitting your request. This includes passenger information, travel dates, departure and destination selections, estimated group size, and any special requests related to your itinerary.
Accurate information allows our team to coordinate the most suitable aircraft options and provide a smoother booking experience. Once your request is submitted, a Soléra Travel representative will review the details and contact you directly to finalize trip coordination and availability. For international travel, additional passenger information and travel documentation may be required to support customs, immigration, and operational coordination requirements.
Once your travel details have been reviewed and verified, our team will coordinate your booking and finalize the itinerary with the appropriate aircraft and operating carrier for your trip. We work closely with our trusted FAA-certified Part 135 charter partners and licensed operators to help ensure a seamless and efficient booking experience.
After your trip has been confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email containing your itinerary information, passenger details, departure instructions, and information regarding the approved FAA Part 135 air carrier operating your flight. Additional travel coordination details and operational updates will also be provided as your departure date approaches.
To help ensure smooth trip coordination and aircraft scheduling, payment is typically required no later than 96 hours prior to the planned departure date unless otherwise arranged and confirmed by our team. Once your itinerary has been finalized, you will receive a secure payment link to complete your booking.
Soléra Travel utilizes Stripe as our payment processing provider. Payment confirmation and final trip documentation will be provided once payment has been successfully completed and verified.
