Soléra Travel is not a direct air carrier and does not own, lease, maintain, manage, or operate aircraft. All flights are performed under the operational control of the respective FAA-certificated Part 135 air carrier or authorized operator conducting the flight.

Operational Control

The FAA-certificated air carrier operating a specific flight maintains full operational control of that flight, including but not limited to:

• Aircraft assignment

• Crew selection and management

• Passenger and baggage acceptance

• Compliance with all applicable FAA regulations

 

All operational decisions related to the conduct of a flight are made exclusively by the operating air carrier.

 

Charter Brokerage & Travel Coordination Services

Soléra Travel acts solely as an intermediary, travel coordinator, booking facilitator, and concierge service provider between customers and licensed third-party operators, vendors, and transportation providers.

 

Depending on the itinerary and customer request, transportation services may be arranged through one or multiple independent operators.

Soléra Travel does not hold itself out as a direct air carrier, commuter airline, scheduled airline, or aircraft operator.

 

Pricing & Fare Information

Passenger Responsibilities
